Ms. M Nandini Shree

Our Founder

Ms. M Nandini Shree is the Managing Director & Founder of Miranis Global Enterprises. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore, and a BE in Electronics & Communication from KLN College of Engineering, Madurai.

Prior to founding Miranis Global Enterprises, Nandini built her expertise at the intersection of International Trade Operations and Organizational Strategy.

She brings a rare combination of Organizational leadership and International Trade expertise to the firm - a background built not in theory, but in the operational detail of how cross-border business actually moves: through people, policy, and paperwork done right.

Early in her career, She built Human resource and administrative systems from scratch - designing Policies and Performance management frameworks for growing organizations, while personally managing workforces of several hundred employees. She has sat on formal Inquiry committees, resolved employee grievances with fairness and timeliness, and built talent pipelines that scaled teams quickly without sacrificing quality of hire. This same discipline to build the system first, then scale through it - now shapes how she is establishing the company's internal operations and team structure.

As a Consultant, She worked directly within Free Trade & Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) operations. She has completed structured training across the full architecture of India's trade regulatory environment - SEZ Act 2005, SEZ Rules 2006, the Customs Act and Customs Tariff, Free Trade & Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) operations, Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) regulations, and the Foreign Trade Policy. She has authored Training manuals to institutionalize this knowledge across teams, ensuring trade operations remain compliant.

While working on Global Demand-Supply dynamics, Trade intelligence, International Competitive Intelligence, Cross Border Regulatory Compliances, Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization and competitive positioning through Multi Trade Insights, She has led Trade Pattern analysis and International Market Feasibility for Various Products Launch with Global Footprint Expansion across 10+ countries spanning Asia, Middle East, The USA, and Europe.

He is an Indian Trade Service (ITS) officer from the 1989 batch, with over 30 years of distinguished experience in International Trade, Export promotion, SEZ administration, Investment Facilitation, and the implementation of India’s Foreign Trade Policy.He has served in senior leadership roles, including as the Development Commissioner for Sri City SEZ, GIFT City SEZ, Reliance Jamnagar SEZ, and Dahej SEZ, and also held additional charge as Executive Director, Tobacco Board, Guntur.

He currently serves as an advisor to several companies, including our firm, where his extensive experience in international trade, export promotion, SEZ administration, investment facilitation, and government policy adds significant value to our organisation. His guidance helps us navigate regulatory requirements, identify business and investment opportunities, and strengthen our engagement with government authorities and industry stakeholders. His strategic insights and institutional expertise support our efforts to expand sustainably and contribute to the growth of our business

She is a seasoned banking professional with over 36 years of management-cadre experience in a Nationalised bank. During her distinguished career, she has held senior leadership positions and managed several large branches.

She has extensive expertise in MSME lending portfolio, Structured Credit Solutions, Special Assets Management, NCLT & DRT proceedings, Settlements, Recovery Strategies, Statutory Audits and Regulatory Compliance.
